The halls can be used for a variety of events including large-scale seminars, lectures and symposiums.

Large space with up to 340 seats and seven-meter high ceilings

Moveable seats allow both “classroom” style and “auditorium” style seating.

250-inch wide screen for easy viewing.
80-inch sub-screens can also be placed on the left and right sides towards the back.

Can accommodate online streaming and hybrid programs (in-person and online). Equipped with full simultaneous interpretation booths.

Rooms
Meeting rooms can be used for a variety of purposes from meetings to seminars, from small to medium-size groups and uses.

Perfect for meetings and study groups of around 20 people.
Can connect to the adjacent room for larger groups and a variety of uses.

Every room has a ceiling-mounted screen and projector (fee applies).
The sound system can be operated from the AV table’s touch panel screen.

Contact us
Please contact us by phone or email. After we receive your contact, we will inspect the situation and let you know whether or not you are approved for use of the space.
- Reservations can be made six months in advance on the first day of the month.
- The reservation deadline is one month before the event date. If the event date falls on a holiday, reservations must be made at least two months prior to the event date.
- A quotation can be issued after a provisional reservation has been made. Please let us know if you would like one.
We are unable to provide services in English including inquiries by email or phone, in-person services on site, and issuing invoices.
Temporary reservation
Temporary reservations last one week. Please consider whether you will use our space, then contact us within the due date. If you make a reservation request, we will send you an application form. Fill out the necessary information and send it back to us within three business days.
- There is no cancellation fee for a provisional reservation.
Submit application form
After we receive your application form, we will send you an invoice for the reservation fee, equivalent to the room price of the facility usage fee. Please pay the amount within the due date. Moreover, the payment due date is two weeks after the invoice is issued, including weekends and national holidays. Please note that equipment fees, etc., will be billed after the event.
Pay reservation fee
Once we confirm the payment of the reservation fee, the reservation is finalized.
You will receive a reservation confirmation. Please keep it until the day of your event.
- If we cannot confirm your payment by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled.
- Please note, even after your reservation is confirmed, if your event is determined to be inappropriate for our space, we may decline your reservation.
After your reservation is confirmed, if you cancel the reservation or change the room, date and/or time due to your own circumstances, we will ask you to pay the predetermined cancelation fee. - Please note that any contact received outside of business hours will be treated as if it were made on the next business day.

Preparations and meeting
- Please meet with our facility in advance regarding how you will set up in the space.
- If you wish to use our equipment and/or set up a reception, please let us know at this meeting.
- In general, our facility will arrange and set up tables, chairs and equipment.
- If you wish to bring in devices, etc., into a meeting room, please let our facility know in advance.
Day of event
The space will be available to you at the start of your reserved time.
Please come to the Business Library reception on the fourth floor.
A staff member of our facility will take you to your room. When you are finished, please let the reception know.
Payment
After your event, we will send you an invoice of the remaining payment (reservation fee subtracted from the total price).
Please make the payment by the due date.

Q.Can I make a reservation online?

Q.Until when can we make an application?
A.Reservations can be made up to one month before the date of the event.
Reservations for holidays can be made two months before the date of the event.
Q.Is it possible to visit and view the facilities in advance?
A.Yes, it is possible. However, there may be times when it is not available for viewing,
such as during use. Please contact the facility in advance by phone or email.
Q.What times can I reserve the facility? Also, can I reserve a room on weekends and national holidays?
A.On weekdays, you can reserve rooms before noon (9:00–12:00), after noon (13:00–17:00), before and after noon (9:00–17:00), and in the evening (15:00–19:00). You can extend the hours after 17:00 up to 21:00.
We do not allow users to come in earlier when reserving the before noon or after noon slots.
On weekends and national holidays, you can reserve rooms for over three hours, and extend by the hour.
However, you can only reserve a hall, or a hall and meeting room together. (You cannot reserve only a meeting room.)
You cannot reserve a space during year-end and New Year’s break or on days we are temporarily closed.
Please make your reservation to include the time required for event preparation, cleanup, and delivery/removal of equipment.
Q.Is it possible to enter the venue a little early?
A.In principle, the space will be available to you at the start of your reserved time.

Q.Can we set up a reception for attendees to our event?
A.Yes, you can set a table (meeting room desk) outside the entrance of the room and use it as a reception desk.
Q.Can we make a request to change the layout?
A.Please inform us of your desired layout at least one week before the usage date.
We will set up the layout at the facility by the reservation time on the day of your event.
Please make any changes to the layout at your own discretion within the reserved time period.
Please note that the layout does not need to be restored to its original state.
Q.Can we hold a stand-up party?
A.Yes, you can hold stand-up parties. We will ask you to choose a catering business from our facility’s partners.
Q.Can lunch boxes and beverages be ordered?
A.You can choose and order bento boxes from vendors affiliated with the facility.
We offer delivery of beverages such as coffee and tea from the cafe.
Q.Can we bring in food and drinks?
A.No, we do not allow outside food or drink.
We do allow drinks in plastic bottles.
(Please take home all empty bottles and trash from the event.)
Q.Do you have parking for vehicles and bicycles?
A.No, our facility does not have parking for vehicles or bicycles.
Please use the Otemachi Financial City underground parking lot or other nearby parking lots.
Moreover, you cannot reserve the Otemachi Financial City underground parking lot.
Also, we do not have bicycle parking.
Q.Do you have lockers and cloakrooms?
A.We do not have lockers.
The cloakrooms can be rented to customers hosting an event in a hall.
Moreover, the customer is responsible for running the cloakroom (checking and returning belongings).
Q.Do you have a smoking room?
A.There is a smoking room on the same floor of our facility.
Moreover, please do not smoke within our facility except in the smoking room.
